EXCHANGES

In our physical shops on presentation of the purchase invoice.

You have a period of 30 days from receipt to make the exchange. It is essential that the garments you wish to exchange or return are in perfect condition, unworn and properly labelled. The deadline for exchanges in the Fiesta collection is 31 December.

You can exchange the items in your online order for any other item of equal or greater value. To make the exchange, all garments must be in the same condition in which you received them: with purchase invoice, label, unworn and in their original packaging.

In the event that the exchange is for an article of lesser value, a voucher* will be issued for the difference that can be exchanged in any of our shops. 

*Valid for one year from the date of exchange, not valid in the online shop.

RETURNS

1. Free return in shop: In any of our physical shops on presentation of the purchase invoice included with the order.

If the payment of the online order has been made in the shop, the refund will be made at the same time by the shop assistant.

If the payment of the online order has been made on the web (Paypal or credit card), the refund will be made from our head office within 5-7 working days. In the shop you will be given a completed and stamped delivery note which will include the returned garments. You will be able to track the return in the order status from your customer account.

2. Return by post. Shipping costs and management are to be paid by the customer.

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you paid for your purchase. This process can take between 5 and 7 working days.

Products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned.

It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in our online shop.

*For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of costume jewellery, bikinis, swimming costumes and masks.
