How do I purchase online?

1. Choose the products you like the most and add them to the shopping cart, making sure that the size and colour chosen are correct.

2. You will always know the number of products you have in your cart and the total amount of these (without the transport costs or other costs that will be added at checkout). When you have finished, click on the link "view shopping cart" to review the products you have selected and make a final assessment of the amount of your order.

3. When you proceed to checkout, fill in the form indicating the data we request (necessary to manage your order).

4. Once the process has been completed correctly, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order number of your purchase.

Note: We try to show the colours of our products as real as possible, however, there are many factors that can vary their appearance, such as the colour calibration of your monitor, which are beyond our control. If you have any doubts about the colour of any of our products, please contact us.

Can I buy by phone?

Payments

How can I pay for my purchase?

You can pay with your usual credit card or through the secure payment system "Paypal". The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card when you confirm the purchase.

Remember that until you make the payment of the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the chosen products are not reserved.

In order to provide maximum security to the purchase process, we offer a "secure payment" system managed by "Paypal", which guarantees direct communication between the customer and the bank when making the payment. In this way no one can have access to your card details.

Can I order models that do not appear on the website?

For different reasons, not all the clothes in the shops can be found in the online shop, but if you are interested in any product, please contact us through our contact form and we will inform you of the possibility of acquiring it.

What sizes are shown on the website?

All sizes shown are continental European sizes. If you have any doubts, please consult the product description or contact us through the contact form.


Shipping

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, for the different areas and are automatically calculated based on volume and weight. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the delivery zone.

It is possible that during promotional periods the shipping costs are free, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online shop. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter, you will also enjoy these and other advantages exclusively when they are active.

How are deliveries made?

Deliveries will be made from Spain through the company ENVIALIA. Once the order has been sent we will inform you by email.

Remember that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address.

To avoid problems in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would be grateful if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where you can be reached.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment. To Spain and Portugal standard deliveries take 48 working hours approx. For deliveries to the European Community between 5 and 7 working days. And outside the European Community between 15 and 20 working days.

We do not make partial deliveries of the orders, in case of not having some product of the order we will wait to have the totality of the same one to proceed to its shipment and we will inform you of this situation.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges

How can I cancel my order if I don't want to receive it?

When you place an order you are making a firm purchase and therefore the amount will be deducted from the card with which you have made the payment, therefore you cannot cancel the order once you have confirmed it.

Is it possible to change the size or colour of the order I received?

Brighty&co guarantees you a unique shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change the size, colour or model within 15 days of receipt.

To proceed with the exchange you must check that your order meets the following conditions: 

- The product must be unused. 

- It must be sent in the same condition in which it was received. 

- It must be delivered to our offices, Brighty&co: C/ Pau Torres 5, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona (Spain), within 15 days from the date you received the order (specify that it is a return from the online shop).

To request an exchange, please contact us through our contact form and indicate your order number and your name, as well as the reasons why you are requesting the exchange.

Please send us the item using or including its original packaging as well as any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please note that if you choose to return the goods to us carriage paid, we will not accept the package.

After examining the item we will let you know if you are entitled to an exchange, which will be made as soon as possible.

We will not exchange or return products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

Once we receive the goods, and we check that they comply with our conditions of sale indicated above, we will proceed to send the new model, using a cash on delivery service. In other words, you will have to pay the corresponding costs.

It is only possible to process exchanges of products purchased in our online shop. 

How can I return my order?

A return can only be made in the event of a fault or manufacturing defect.

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product has a defect or manufacturing defect, you must contact us immediately through our contact form indicating the damage suffered. (We inform you that all the product sent is carefully checked to avoid these situations).

You must return the product to us at the indicated address, Brighty&co: C/ Pau Torres 5, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona (Spain), within 15 days of receipt (please specify that it is a return from the online shop). We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the product is to be returned or replaced. The item will be returned or replaced as soon as possible. You will be sent a new product free of defects at no extra charge, only the full amount paid will be refunded, in the event that the defective item is out of stock.

Please return the item using or including the original packaging and any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany the item. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
